Consulting and training

Our team helps P2ware software users better use and customise P2ware Portfolio Management Systems. We advise and conduct workshops on how to use P2ware software, how to create and execute plans and how to tailor the software to specific needs.

Workshops can be organised both remotely and on-site.

P2ware offers project and portfolio management training using P2ware Portfolio Management software.

All training combine learning on how to use the software with selected elements of methodical project, programme and portfolio management.

We conduct trainings:

• dedicated, usually organized as a part of solution deployment
• closed, for groups of several members, usually from one company – on site
• closed, for groups of several members – via teleconference
• individual or for small groups – via teleconference
