Collection of data during the purchase transaction

When you purchase P2ware software by email, online purchase form or in person we require information such as your name, surname, email address, address, postal code, place of residence and country. Providing your company name and NIP or European VAT ID (Tax Identification Number) is optional.

Collection of data during the contact with us

We ask for your name, surname, email address, company name and telephone number when you contact us by phone, email, fax or in person.

Use of personal information

The stored data is used only for the purpose of selling software or providing related services, in particular issuing a VAT invoice for purchased licenses. (Article 6 (1) b) of the GDPR)

Data collected during correspondence with us are used only to answer your query.

The data can also be used to contact via e-mail or telephone related to the information about the new version of the software. (Article 6 (1) f) of the GDPR)
