With P2ware Planner Developer you can prepare plans templates that meet these specific requirements of your organization. Users of P2ware Planner Professional and P2ware Planner Standard will be able to use them while creating their own plans (with limitations of a used software version functionalities)

Since all information about a plan structure is recorded in the plan, it is sufficient for an organization to have just only one P2ware Planner Developer licence for a Project and Programme Management Office which will define a fixed information structure for all plans within a programme or a company. For large organization more licences might be required.

P2ware Planner Developer allows customization of object editors used in the program. Thanks to this feature options that are more frequently used by team members can be easily available. On the contrary, options less frequently used or not used at all can be hidden thus making planning process more efficient. This user interface customisation is achieved through plan templates and is easily distributable. Created templates can be used by users of P2ware Planner Professional and Standard.
