This program will be useful in cases where
- created plans have to be made available to people who do not have a licence for other versions of P2ware Planner,
- not all people involved in a project do have other versions of P2ware Planner,
- one wants to share a plan with people not directly involved in its creation,
- is needed to convince decision-makers to implement the Product-Based Planning within an organisation, since it does not require any initial investment.
Shared plan preview is exactly the same as planner sees it. In the case of changes made to the plan, it is sufficient to send a new version of the plan to an interested person. The software allows to print a project documentation, so no more expensive and time consuming printing and distribution of paper copies are required.
This software is free, so people that are not directly involved in preparing the plan, but have to use it, will not have to pay for licences. The software can be downloaded from Download site. After installing it use P2ware Planner 2011 Viewer from Start Menu.
